A junior IT Support / Admin employee, the best-suited individual will meet the below minimum requirements

Grade 12
International MCSE qualified or international equivalent A+ / N+ entry-level IT qualification
ITIL Foundation an advantage
Microsoft 365 experience
AD
Mobile Technology certifications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Minimum 2 years desktop support experience
Previous Service Desk Support would be beneficial
Some server and network support experience
Strong Admin and Time Management Skills
