Service Advisor - Toyota Hyde Park

- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Schedule appointments and prioritize service requests.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Process service orders and maintain accurate records.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Service Advisor in the Motor Industry
- Experience with Evolve DMS will be beneficial
