Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome customers and accurately assess their service needs.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and manage service requests.
  • Clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs.
  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Process service orders and maintain accurate records.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Evolve DMS is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
